Block Guard

I was approached to modify Harken's free files for their block guard (as shown in the first picture). However, given the file type and limitations of Harken's original design, I decided to start the project from scratch.

Harken’s block guard design is specifically tailored for 57mm single-sheave Carbo blocks, and it doesn't accommodate other variations such as their Carbo double blocks, triple blocks, or 40mm blocks. To address this limitation, I developed a new design (shown in the second picture) that utilizes width and diameter parameters to create block guards compatible with a broader range of Harken Carbo series blocks.

Currently, I have tested the new design with 57mm single, double, and triple Carbo blocks. Further testing with additional block sizes and types is planned to ensure comprehensive compatibility.
